Krion® K·Life es el material elegido por Pauferro para el diseño de sus soportes higiénicos

Los productos están fabricados con Krion® K·Life, un material fotocatalítico que elimina las bacterias de su superficie.  La empresa valenciana Pauferro ha elegido el material fotocatalíco K·Life para los 2 diseño de sus puntos higiénicos, que incluyen soportes para gel hidroalcohólico. Con 2 modelos diferentes, uno más sencillo con soporte para el gel hidroalcohólico y otro, además, con soporte para guantes y papelera.  Los muebles están fabricados en su totalidad con Krion®... K·life, un material activo frente a  bacterias y hongos, que consigue eliminarlos al contacto con su superficie. Carece de poros, factor que facilita su limpieza e higienización, ofreciendo un material altamente seguro frente a cuerpos infecciosos y contaminantes. La unión entre las distintas piezas del material es por medio de juntas lisas e imperceptibles, ofreciendo continuidad en la superficie del mueble. Su capacidad de termoformado y curvado evita las esquinas y rincones ofreciendo superficies continuas y lisas. Esto, unido a la ausencia de juntas y poros, evita la acumulación de suciedad sobre la superficie, además de facilitar la limpieza y mantenimiento del material. Además, K® K·Life, gracias a su carácter fotocatalítico, contribuye a disminuir la contaminación del ambiente, mejorando la calidad de vida de las personas. “Hemos utilizado Krion® desarrollado por Grupo Porcelanosa en múltiples proyectos sanitarios como habitaciones de hospitales, centros médicos, clínicas dentales o restaurantes, donde se necesita una higiene máxima y con todas las garantías. Por eso, pensamos que era el material ideal y con más garantías para hacer estos accesorios higiénicos con los que ahora se busca extremar la limpieza en los espacios”, explica el gerente de la empresa Pauferro, Carlos Peris.  Prevención frente al COVID-19 Estos soportes para gel hidroalcohólico y guantes están pensados para colocarse en la entrada de espacios con paso de gente como establecimientos comerciales, oficinas, restaurantes… con el objetivo de que clientes y usuarios puedan desinfectarse las manos antes de entrar en las instalaciones y prevenir así la propagación del COVID-19. Además, los puntos higiénicos creados por Pauferro, permiten incluir un dispensador de gel automático, que evitaría el contacto total con el soporte, ya que se accionaría al poner la mano en la parte inferior. Por el momento la empresa, con sede en Picassent, ha creado dos modelos, uno que lleva únicamente el espacio para el dispensador de gel, con un diseño elegante y sobrio, y otro con la misma línea estética, pero más completo que tiene espacio para guantes y papelera incluidos. The project by Dimensi-on has banked on the solid surface to finish the restyling of the premises. The beauty clinic wanted to bring innovation and tradition together with high quality elements. The restyling of the Maribel Yébenes Institute of Medicine was overseen by the Dimensi-on interior architecture studio and installed by VF Solid Surfaces, which wanted to create a unique space. In the building’s framework, which is a listed building in Malaga, there is a beauty clinic which is one of the most renowned in Spain. Modernity with traditional... feeling The aim of the restyling was to design a modern space which would respect Andalusian traditions, as well as providing a feeling of comfort without losing that all important sophisticated essence which appears in Maribel Yébenes’ central offices in Madrid, Havana and Miami. Choosing KRIONTM meets the aesthetic, antibacterial and durability requirements, which are a must-have for a clinic like the Maribel Yébenes’. The presence of the Solid Surface is felt in the entrance area. Behind the counter, a vertical column in the shape of a backlit half-moon covered with the material contrasts with the brick walls and iron beams. The healthiest development by KrionTM  has been used in the bathrooms. Like so, the thermocurvable basins are made with KRIONTM K-Life. An Eco Active material which improves the air quality of the space, and at the same time, it maintains the technical qualities of the solid surface pure white tone.   The coming together of styles in an image change which is captured, thanks to the choice of KRIONTM, a material which reveals exclusivity and high resistance.

Design, trends and benefits of KRION® around the world in September

In different countries during the last two weeks, three important trade fairs have taken place, at which KRION® was present. At these events, the solid surface from PORCELANOSA Group showed its full potential, being an excellent raw material with great transformation capacity, due to its extensive, beneficial properties for health and its countless applications in the most varied range of projects. From the 4th to the 6th of September, KRION® was present at the 8th Hospital Infrastructure Conference in Chile, whose aim was for attendees to discuss new challenges, needs and policies... for healthcare infrastructure. With top level speakers and interesting conferences, the travelling K·LIFE® experience was exhibited to amaze the public with the new generation of the compact mineral KRION®, capable of purifying the air and providing great health benefits. Right afterwards, Maison&Objet opened its doors in Paris from the 7th to the 11th of September, an event for design and the latest trends for the retail and home sector, bringing designers and interior designers into contact with the lifestyle community. At the PORCELANOSA Group stand, KRION® exhibited two bathroom atmospheres with various pieces from the PURE and TONO collections by Fosters+Partners, as well as a shower screen and shower tray from the KRION® Bath family, all with a modern style perfectly adapted to new trends. Finally, on the 12th and 13th of September, KRION® opened its stand at the Architect@Work The Netherlands trade fair in Rotterdam, where in addition to exhibiting the characteristics of KEAST® technology with K·LIFE®, it showed the different surface finishes of the material, which have no effect on its excellent properties (high fire resistance, antibacterial, joinless, etc.), prominently displaying sandblasted finishes, rough textures with a different intensity which provide new aesthetic and design possibilities.
