Gras Arquitectos relies on KRION and Butech for the facade of Where Eagles Dare

The name “Where Eagles Dare” may seem unusual for a home, but being on this hilltop in Mallorca and contemplating the natural space offered by the spectacular topography and fabulous views gives us the sensation of flying. This is thanks to the design byGRAS Arquitectosand the cantilevered finishes such as the ventilated facade from PORCELANOSA Group, Butech being the company which provided the technical solutions, and KRION providing its material in 1100 Snow White.
With offices in Madrid and Mallorca, GRAS Arquitectos(Guillermo Reynes Architecture Studio) undertakes architecture and urban design projects. These designs have been for both national and international projects, earning them a well-deserved reputation and allowing them to win important awards including third place in the “Where Eagles Dare” project of the 10th Architecture and Interior Design Awards 2017, fromPORCELANOSA.
Minimalism and aesthetic purity allow the KRION ventilated facade to eliminate the boundaries between the construction and the sky, emphasising the impression that the house is floating. We can also find KRION as the countertop from the Emotionscollection by GamaDecor, PORCELANOSA Kitchen.
