In the Italian city of Carpi, near Bologna, this spectacular building created by GARC CONTRACT spa is found, made with the compact mineral from PORCELANOSA Group. For the project, 3,000 square metres of KRION® have been used, installed with a ventilated facade system developed by Butech, the company of the Group dedicated to technical solutions, among other specialities.

The design of the structure is inspired by the fragmentation of Pangea, the continent which gave way to our current continents and oceans. For this reason, some areas of the building appear to open onto the garden and evoke the birth of a new world.

Not only noteworty is its powerful and innovative design, but also worth mentioning is its commitment to energy efficiency, as it is the first industrial building in the district of Carpi which has been awarded the A+ class energy certification.
