23/03/2017

Cecilia Araneda original designs was created in Santiago, Chile in 2009, focused on experimenting with new materials in the world of jewellery. Beginning with work made from melted glass, in 2015 it started to use KRION®, the Solid Surface from PORCELANOSA Group. Thanks to this experimentation, small abstract objects were created, which over time made up the collection presented in Milan in 2017, “Geometric-organic”.

The multitude of possibilities provided by KRION® for any type of project can be used in the design of small pieces of art (thermocurving, machining, imperceptible joins, etc.), which applied to the world of jewellery, present us will small works of art, allowing lines of accessories with multiple shapes and uses to be created.

Cecilia Araneda Padilla, graphic designer and teacher in the architecture and design school of the Los Lagos University, was inspired by the textures and lines present in nature, and symbolism in native cultures, creating the three lines of the collection completely with KRION®: Minimalist, Organic and Geometric-organic.
